Chiara & Alex’s engagement shoot in Quincy, MA from this summer is easy to love. Their dog Lucy was busy being adorable running along the beach and was interested in everything and anything but taking pictures (but still looked cute while ignoring me & got her fair share of treats). We did this session at the quiet beach across the street from her parent’s house, and used the colorful hydrangeas in their backyard garden for detail shots of her unique ring.

I can’t wait for their wedding in Massachusetts next year! It is in one of the most unique and artistic venues to date for me and I love everything about Chiara’s style. I know their day will be full of  beautiful details, a lot of love, and an awesome celebration. As an added bonus, her sister/MOH Kate is one of my closest friends from college and happens to be one of my favorite people to be on a dance floor with. I also learned during this engagement session that I can rely on Kate to keep us all laughing by yelling “ew gross” when they kiss, as any little sister would. We are all going to create some seriously beautiful and fun photos together!  Chiara & Alex already have a great story together as a couple and getting married is the next step in their adventure, but you’ll learn more about that next spring 🙂
