Kristy & Paul had a picture-perfect Rhode Island wedding day, starting in the heart of downtown Providence for a ceremony at Cathedral of Saints Peter and Paul before heading over to Warwick Country Club to celebrate the newlyweds. Their original wedding plans had changed due to covid, but they woke up to a gorgeous September day that was just meant for a wedding!

Kristy was an absolutely beautiful bride. After doing sweet first looks with her dad and her groom, and after lots and lots of happy tears, we loved capturing bridal portraits on the steps in Providence with her long veil flowing in the wind. Soon after we were at the cathedral which was a gorgeous setting for their traditional religious wedding ceremony. After all of the stress of wedding planning during a pandemic and changing dates, they finally walked out of the church as husband and wife.

Afterwards, we captured beautiful bridal party and bride and groom photos on the water at Warwick Country Club (some of my favorite photos of the day!). We LOVED how they treated their guests to a Del’s Lemonade cart during cocktail hour (a classic Rhode Island summer treat) and naturally had to snap a few bride and groom portraits with Del’s in hand! Their loved ones celebrated them all night long, and even mother nature cleared away some dark clouds to put on a colorful sunset for their wedding night.
