I traveled down to Ridgewood Country Club in New Jersey to photograph the wedding day of Betta & Kevin this August. Their black & white summer wedding was a beautifully classy affair focused on their marriage in Kevin’s childhood church, followed by a joyful reception with friends and family. It was such a reflection of their lovely taste and values. They are two of the most genuinely kind and loving people I have come across, absolute gems and so very deserving of one another. We gushed over them all day and adored capturing them with their friends and family, some traveling over from Europe to be there for this momentous occasion.

This particular wedding was extra special for me as Betta & her sweet sisters are childhood friends of mine from when I lived in Colorado. After Betta & Kevin met at Providence College, she stayed on the east coast and I felt so lucky to be able to connect with them. She was an absolutely stunning bride! I could have photographed her all day in her classic yet glamorous bridal look.

I could never pick a favorite moment from their wedding… her first look with her dad, walking out of the church as husband & wife. The laughter following the speeches, the way Kevin gushed when introducing her to the room as his wife, or their fun-loving relationship shining through in cake cutting. So many beautiful, emotional moments captured.
