Shannon & Pat’s gorgeous OceanCliff wedding was so much fun from start to finish. I loved witnessing this happy couple soak in every moment with big smiles and a few happy tears, too. Pops of bright color from the beautiful florals by Flowerthyme mixed in with their classic wedding style created such an elegant yet fun vibe in their photos! Shannon was beaming from the moment she put on her beautiful gown. After her mom helped her through the finishing touches of her veil and jewelry, she shared a sweet first look with her dad and then we were off to begin the fun.

Newport, RI Wedding Ceremony

Their picturesque ceremony on the lawn at OceanCliff overlooking the water was beautifully officiated by their dear friends. It was truly a breathtaking scene as sailboats drifted by in the distance. One of the highlights of the day was their bubble exit; Shannon & Pat’s faces were simply sparkling with merriment as they made their way back down the aisle through the colorful bubbles and created such beautifully candid wedding photos.

Soon after, the festivities were underway! A magical lavender and pink sunset took over the entire sky with the Newport Bridge sparkling in the distance. After the sun went down, they partied into the night on their jam-packed dance floor. Their OceanCliff wedding was such a lively celebration, and I felt so honored to be able to photograph it and get to know this special couple.
