This family session at the The Dunes Club in Narragansett was an instant favorite of mine! It was the perfect summer night for photographing this adorable and playful family. The light was spectacular thanks to an especially luminous late summer golden hour. I absolutely loved the seagulls scattered on the beach in the background too; they provided plenty of entertainment for this little one! The Dunes Club is such an idyllic coastal setting with soft sand, big waves, and beautiful dunes. It was simply perfect for a beach family session in Rhode Island.

If you are looking for inspiration for beach family session outfits, I loved the minimalistic variety in their coastal and clean style. Mixing up textures with slight variety between the soft colors gave a coordinated but fresh look!

The Dunes Club has a special place in their hearts so it was extra meaningful to capture their little one crawling in the sand and enjoying splashing in the waves. Sunset can often be a tricky time for toddlers, but this guy was all smiles as he explored. A true beach baby! Such sweet summer memories to cherish as he grows.
