Maternity & Newborn packages are THE best- it is so much fun to join in on the excitement and anticipation of all the joy to come.  I was thrilled to have my first shoot sine moving to Rhode Island be with Courtney and Mark, documenting this special time before their baby girl arrives…

I made my way up the coast a few weeks ago to meet Jacqui and Sam at Acadia National Park and was blown away by how beautiful it was there. It was the perfect backdrop for such an adventurous couple.

Love this beach family session of a close friend of mine and her family in the place they love the most- Wells, Maine. The girls spent the morning fearlessly running in and out of the freezing cold water, hunting for snails, and chasing seagulls.

Sarah & Matt decided on Hoboken, the city where they fell in love, as the location for their engagement session! We covered so much of the town in our time together…from Pier A Park, to Sinatra Drive, Court Street, and adorable brownstone neighborhoods… we wanted to make sure we got ALL of the charm of Hoboken featured in this shoot (and Sarah walked it all in her heels…trooper!).

Rainy skies cleared for the most perfect June beach weather for Alex & Lea’s wedding in Asbury Park, which set the tone for an amazing day. We started out on the boardwalk for bride & groom portraits incorporating the unique artwork and old architecture (this boardwalk is one of my all time favorite spots to photograph!) before heading over to Porta to get the celebrations underway.

New York City has always been one of my favorite places in the world, so I was so excited to hear that we would be venturing into Central Park for James & Kelly’s engagement session. The energy of the city always feeds into the shoot and the park held extra meaning for these two since James proposed here just a few months before!

10 years ago, as teenagers, Chiara & Alex started dating. After meeting each other in junior high, they began dating in high school where they eventually went to prom together! Fast forward through the years to this May of 2017- when they were finally pronounced husband and wife surrounded by family and friends at the Charles River Museum of Industry and Innovation in Waltham, Massachusetts. 

We captured the first time his big sister was holding him, and the moment when I asked her to give him a little kiss and she licked him instead. And then we froze the moment when she was no longer so sure about the new baby, so she went to go blow bubbles with the dog instead.

I couldn’t get enough of Kristen’s fur wrap and her gorgeous bridal bouquet, she was a stunning winter bride! Each and every detail of their wedding day was perfectly romantic with a rustic touch, it came together beautifully and ended in an amazing party!

It doesn’t get much cuter than these two and their adventures in their velvet leggings and suspenders.
