The scenery along Ocean Drive in Newport can’t be beat for a New England coastal vibe engagement session. The skies gave us the craziest fog that was an intense blue which eventually turned into golden hour fog at sunset.The beach roses were in full bloom and made for such a spectacular backdrop for Kelsey & John. Tina has been such a good friend and mentor to me throughout the years. Documenting some of the early days of their crew as a family of 4 is a moment I will never forget! You can see just how proud his big sister is in these photos; she was ready to be in on the action when I arrived and her favorite stuffed animals looked on from behind the camera.

Charlestown is such a beautiful location for family photos in Boston. We took advantage of one of the early, beautiful days as summer turns into fall to capture this session and had so much fun keeping up with these two little ones! I love when a photo completely captures a child’s personality and this shoot was full of them!

The colorful foliage really pulled through for Julie & Adam on their beautiful October wedding day in Julie’s hometown of Barrington, Rhode Island. Every possible fall color was on display that weekend, which was perfect for this bride who has always dreamed of a fall wedding! After a traditional ceremony at St. Luke’s Parish in Barrington, they went over to Kirkbrae Country Club for a tented reception to celebrate.

After they were pronounced husband and wife, we traveled over to their stunning reception location at the North Shore House. We were surrounded with picturesque views of the lake outlined by gorgeous fall color for some just married portraits as the sun went down.

A twin newborn session… double the cuteness! I loved capturing these cute twin brothers and their parents who adore them during this lifestyle nursery session. We took advantage of the fleeting newborn moments when we could keep them both in the same spot for photos to document some of their earliest days together. In their nursery, they had a sign that said, “Brothers make the best friends,”… so many adventures await these little guys!

Kristy & Paul had a picture-perfect Rhode Island wedding day, starting in the heart of downtown Providence for a traditional ceremony at Cathedral of Saints Peter and Paul before heading over to Warwick Country Club to celebrate the newlyweds on the water.

We started with getting ready at Erin’s family home and the guys over at the Ocean House in Watch Hill, then off to their ceremony at St. Clare’s in Westerly, over to Erin’s family’s favorite beach for some portraits, and finally off to the incredible Shelter Harbor Golf Club to celebrate!

The sky put on a show for us during this sunset engagement session in Newport! Golden hour glow turned into a pastel sunset over Second Beach, and Shawn and Joe let me shoot away until the very last drop of light! I am so excited to photograph their Rhode Island wedding day next year. Enjoy […]
