First, we stopped at the incredible Castle Hill Inn for photos at the lighthouse on their sprawling property. There’s no shortage of New England charm on those picturesque cliffs on the water. We then drove through Newport over to Sachuest Beach for golden hour and sunset. The sky decided to show off and lit up in a rainbow of pastel colors for their photos! We are looking forward to their wedding on the Duxbury Bay waterfront in Massachusetts this August.

This city is home to them, so it was special to have these photos incorporate Boston and this stage of their lives. I’m all about a meaningful location and it’s even better when it’s as beautiful as this one. The spotlight will be on these two again next summer at their beautiful wedding day! We rescheduled this session time and time again due to weather, and finally landed on the most beautiful summer evening for Meredith & Nick’s engagement photos in Chatham, Massachusetts. I loved being shown around this beautiful place that they hold close to their hearts as we hopped from location to location throughout this seaside town on the Cape, starting at Chatham Bars Inn and ending up on Lighthouse Beach.

I don’t even know where to start with this one! Heather & Matt are one of my 2019 couples and we recently captured their engagement session in Warren: a cute, coastal town in Rhode Island. I loved them from the minute I first met them this past winter when we were booking their wedding, and immediately felt their natural, joyful connection. You pick up on the genuine chemistry between them in a split second, and I love how it translates through these photos.

Spring decided to show off for Brett & Briana! It seemed like just about everything was in bloom for their engagement session at Northeastern University in Boston, where it all began for them. They toured me around campus to some of their favorite spots and we finished up on top of a parking deck overlooking the Boston skyline. With a bit of luck, a cloudy morning gradually changed to blue skies and sun by the time we reached the top, leaving the skyline perfectly illuminated in gorgeous shades of blue.
