Nicole and Ryan’s October Castle Hill Inn wedding in Newport, RI was stunning. Their beloved golden retriever, Rory, also joined in on the celebration and was such an adorable addition to their day.

This coastal wedding day at Belle Mer in Newport, Rhode Island was stunning. One of my favorite venues in Rhode Island. All of the shades of blue from the bridal party, sky, and water to Belle Mer’s famous blue doors made for such a beautiful color palette for their portraits.

Steph & Danny got married last year in an intimate ceremony by the water with their sweet doodle, Maggie, as the flower girl. This year, we celebrated with their friends and family with a view of the Boston skyline at sunset. SO pretty! The third wedding date is the charm! Sam & Frank’s original summer wedding in 2020 was rescheduled to fall of 2020…and then rescheduled to summer of 2021. After a first look at the State House, we went to downtown Providence for portraits (with a quick pit stop at a Del’s Lemonade stand) before sending them off to the Providence G to finally go get married!

Rachel & Ken had to postpone their 2020 wedding and waited until July 2021 when they could have the big wedding day celebration that they originally dreamed of at The Ryland Inn! It was worth the wait and the party never stopped. When I first arrived to the getting ready suite, Rachel and her bridesmaids and flower girls were already dancing & popping champagne, and this joy and energy carried on throughout the entire day. It was also one of the rainiest weddings I have ever photographed! Tropical storm Elsa left us dodging puddles and hiding out under cover, but the rain certainly didn’t stop the fun.

Jess & Brandon’s wedding day was a true celebration. Plans for an outdoor ceremony and photos at the Scituate Lighthouse were quickly changed with the forecast, and yet the pouring rain didn’t phase them at all…their smiles never left their faces! I’ve loved working with them from the very beginning (you may remember our engagement shoot at Stonehill College) and it was a joy to be a part of their big day.

Mia & Lance had a gorgeous wedding day in Mia’s hometown of Narragansett, Rhode Island. I loved capturing her getting ready at her childhood home with her bridesmaids and family. A morning of celebrating the beautiful bride flew by and we were suddenly off to the chapel. South Ferry Church was such a lovely setting for Mia & Lance to exchange vows, and is definitely one of my favorite churches I have ever photographed in! After they were pronounced husband & wife, & many long overdue hugs with friends and family later, we made our way over to the towers in Narragansett for portraits and then finally to the Atlantic Resort at Wyndham Newport.
